  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
