Tilta HDA-T04-A Hydra Motorized Slider Pro Kit

Take your vehicle-mounted cinematography to the next level with the Tilta Hydra Motorized Slider Pro Kit. Designed for demanding shoots on the move, this advanced system mounts to a vehicle through a tow hitch or hitch adapter and uses a 50 mm speed rail with suction cups for added stability. It can also be integrated with specialty vehicles such as the Can-Am Maverick X3.

Built for Tough Conditions

The shock-absorbing arm and slider are crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel for strength and durability. Engineered to perform in challenging environments, the system operates reliably in temperatures from -30°C to 80°C and is ready for wind, rain, and snow.

Flexible Control Options

With both a control handle and a control module included, the Hydra offers versatile operation from inside the vehicle. Choose wired or wireless control to manage slider movement with ease. Adjust speed and damping, set A/B points, and program the slider to return to those positions automatically at set intervals. The system is also designed to support future firmware updates.

Fast, Smooth, and Portable

Despite its rugged build, the Hydra is designed with transport in mind. The slider weighs 50 kg and is packed across three compact cases, making storage and travel manageable in most trucks and SUVs.

Powered by just four 14.8V V-mount batteries, the system is highly efficient. With four 270 Wh batteries, it can deliver a full day of shooting under normal working conditions, though runtime may vary depending on use.

The slider travels from top to bottom in just 4 seconds, reaching speeds of up to 4 meters per second for dramatic, dynamic motion.

Stabilized Camera Support

The shock-absorbing arm reduces vibration across multiple axes and supports loads up to 30 kg. The shock-absorbing head includes a DJI Ronin 2 mounting plate, making it a natural fit for that gimbal system. With optional accessories, the system can also be mounted on a vehicle roof without the shock-absorbing arm for broadcast applications such as marathons and cycling events.
