For added safety, the plate can only be removed when the release button is pressed, helping prevent accidental drops.
Its three-section legs extend quickly and securely using clamp locks, while the built-in middle spreader adds extra stability when adjusting height. Made from lightweight yet durable aluminum, the DV-2 is easy to carry and still provides a solid base for heavier camera rigs. When shooting on rougher ground, the retractable flat feet reveal spikes for improved grip.
