7artisans 50mm T2.1 Sony (E-Mount) Lens in Black

The black 7artisans 50mm T2.1 Sony (E-mount) lens is a part of their much-acclaimed Hope series. The Hope series is a collective of professional cine lenses for mirrorless cameras and they include six different fixed focal lengths: 10 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, and 85 mm. These lenses are designed to cater to an expansive array of photography requirements, ranging from wide-angle to medium telephoto photography. They come in two distinct and fashionable colors: black and titanium grey.

Each lens of the Hope series sports a sturdy, metallic body and is equipped with a continuously adjustable aperture ring. Additionally, the focusing is facilititated by a focus threading of 260° and a soft damping of the focus ring - ensuring both precision and clarity. With their Low Focus Breathing feature, the image detail does not fluctuate when you rotate the focusing ring and shift the focus within the image.

The exceptional T2.1 aperture of these lenses ensures significant light transmission thereby providing amazing blurriness while accurately capturing the main subject. These cine lenses are adjustable to various follow focus devices, ensuring accurate focus during capturing images. The focus scales are indicated in both metric and foot.

A filter thread of 77 mm in this series enables easy use of screw-on filters. Both aperture and focus are manually adjustable.
